Key Processing Points:

Surface Treatment (Very Crucial!):

Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the PET bonding surfaces using solvents such as isopropyl alcohol to remove oil, mold release agents, etc.

Improving Adhesion (If Necessary): For applications with extremely high requirements, or when insufficient adhesion is found, corona treatment or flame treatment of the PET surface can greatly improve the adhesion of the UV adhesive.

Applying and Joining: Apply the UV adhesive evenly to one of the bonding surfaces.

Align the other PET piece and join them together, applying slight pressure to ensure the adhesive layer is evenly distributed and free of air bubbles.

UV Curing: Irradiate the bonding area using a UV lamp of appropriate power (commonly handheld or conveyor-type UV lamps).

Ensure that the UV light fully penetrates the entire adhesive seam. For deeper folds, it may be necessary to irradiate from both sides or multiple angles.

Note on Shaded Areas: If the design results in some areas being completely dark, consider using a "UV + moisture" dual-curing adhesive. The shaded areas will undergo secondary curing through the moisture in the air within approximately 24 hours.
