FPC terminal solder joint protection, electronic component plastic, metal, and glass bonding UV adhesive
FPC Terminal Solder Joint Protection:
Insulation: Must possess excellent electrical insulation properties to prevent short circuits between solder joints due to moisture, dust, or vibration.
Low Stress: The FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) itself is flexible; after the adhesive cures, there should not be excessive shrinkage stress to avoid damaging the solder joints or the FPC itself.
Bending Resistance: The protective layer needs a certain degree of flexibility to accommodate the bending motion of the FPC.
Electronic Component Protection (Conformal Coating Function):
Moisture Resistance, Corrosion Resistance, Salt Spray Resistance: Forms a protective film to resist the erosion of moisture and chemicals (such as hand sweat and cleaning agents) in the environment, preventing oxidation and corrosion of component leads.
Mechanical Protection: Provides a certain degree of shock and impact resistance, securing heavier components.
